Ms. Cao Thi Phi Van

Ms. Cao Thi Phi Van -  Master Degree of Business Administration. She is the Vice Director of ITPC since 2014. For 15 years at ITPC, her major in investment and trade promotion activities such as promoting for projects calling investment into Ho Chi Minh City, holding conferences or seminars relating to trade and investment promotion, helping Vietnamese enterprises to find overseas partners, new markets entrance and foreign investors develop their projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
