Binh has extensive experience in advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial cross-border transactions, with significant experience in acting for both sellers and purchasers in transactions in Vietnam, from the initial term-sheet stage, through due diligence, to the drafting and negotiations of the key transaction and other ancillary documents and working towards completion, including assistance with post acquisition integration.
