Mr. Dang Chi Lieu

Dang Chi Lieu is a Partner at Baker McKenzie Hanoi Office. He is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience advising both Government agencies and private investors in all legal aspects of the development, preparation, and implementation of infrastructure projects in Vietnam. Mr. Dang has an exceptional understanding about the private investment in the infrastructure sector in Vietnam. He has advised different private investors, both foreign and local, to identify, conduct legal due diligence, structure the deal, draft, and negotiate the contract in infrastructure projects. Mr. Dang also has experience advising the Government of Vietnam in improving the legal and regulatory framework for development of power industry. Mr. Dang holds a Master in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, United States of America, a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi University of Law, Vietnam, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hanoi Foreign Studies University, Vietnam.
